Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience to qualify for a full refund.

No cancellations or refunds will be granted outside the cancellation window, unless cancelled by the organizer or provider of the tour.

What should I take with me?

You should take swimwear, towels and sunscreen protection with yourself.

We also recommend you bring your own snorkelling gear if you wish to snorkel and enjoy the abundant marine life at Isla de Lobos!

How long is the excursion?

The full experience lasts approximately 5 hours, including the dolphin route, island exploration, and beach time.

This does not include the pick-up and drop-off time, just the total duration of the tour once it starts.

Do I need a permit to visit Isla de Lobos?

No — the permit is managed by us as part of the excursion. You don’t need to arrange anything yourself.

Can I swim or snorkel on the island?

Yes, you can! The waters around Isla de Lobos are perfect for swimming and snorkelling.

Snorkelling equipment is not included, so feel free to bring your own.

Is food included?

Yes, a picnic lunch is included and enjoyed at Playa de la Concha.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If conditions are unsafe, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded.

When will my booking be confirmed?

We are constantly managing our bookings, so you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp as soon as possible.

What about the pick-up times?

Keep in mind that the pick-up and drop-off times mentioned here are just estimates. We will inform you of the exact pick-up time and meeting point in the booking confirmation that we will send you, as well as on WhatsApp, with a Google Maps link for you to know exactly where you are being collected!

When do I pay the remaining balance?

For bookings of 5 people or less, we will only bill you the deposit to confirm your booking, which you will be asked to pay for when finalizing your purchase. The rest of the balance will be paid on the day of the tour on the coach. Don't worry! You will be able to pay in cash or with your card, whichever you prefer.

For bookings of 6 people and above, we will bill you for the entire trip all-together, as requested by the tour organizers to confirm your booking.
